5 Stars Good, inexpensive transmitter
This works a lot better than the iPod transmitter I had. Yes, it is difficult to find an empty station, yes, there tends to be some interference, but the cord is long enough to find a spot where reception is clear. I’m not fighting as much as I did the iPod product for the iPod. And the Sansa can hold more for less money.

Without enough power the device has trouble with noise and finding an FM channel wher it actually works is a chore. The product is not recommended.

I don’t have a cd player or tape player in my basic Chevrolet Aveo so I constantly use my iTrip. I travel everywhere with it and never have any problems with finding a radio station no matter what size the city I’m in. I absolutely love it!
4 Stars Does exactly what it’s supposed to
There aren’t many accessories for the Sansa, and this one is definitely worth buying. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do with no problems. Sure, ipods have unlimited accessories, but they only work with itunes, not Rhapsody.
The sound over the itrip is only so-so, not as good as Fm, definitely not CD quality. But for a low price, you can take your music with you everywhere, and charge your sansa while you’re at it.

I was disappointed in the quality of sound from this FM transmitter. I get a lot of static and fade out when using it. I do not recommend this item. Wish I could get return this item and get a refund.
